All our Products are made to your specification and are not sold from stock unless clearly identified as "stock furniture". As a sofa is made-to-order and produced precisely to your requirements, no cancellation, refunds or exchanges can be made unless your instructions have not been carried out, or the item is found to be faulty.
A non-refundable deposit of 15% per stock furniture order will be payable if the order is cancelled after 7 days. This charge will be made to your account. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns
For your peace of mind and in compliance with the distance selling law, we offer a 7 days money back guarantee within which, for what ever reason, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding P&P costs). If within 7 days will inform us that you have changed your mind and want to return item, we will not refund delivery fee. We will refund whole amount you paid for item purchased but we will charge you with delivery charge. Please note that the item must be returned to us in the condition that it was sent out in along with the correct packaging, so that we can sell it again. If an item is not returned to us in the original condition then we reserve the right not to issue a full refund. Our 7 days money back guarantee dose not apply to sofas ordered to your specification.
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after 7 days period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty.
A non-refundable collection charge will be applied to selected furniture items if delivery is refused, or collection is requested, unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given.
No refunds or exchanges can be given on sofas made to your specification, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered. No refunds or exchanges can be given on either sample pots or full size pots of paint unless there is a manufacturing defect, or the goods are not as ordered.
Returns - Non Faulty Goods
If you wish to return your order of stock furniture products within 7 working days time period, you are entitled to do so, but must return the products to us in accordance with our instructions and at your own cost.
If for any reason you need to return an item within 7 working days of receiving delivery, please call the customer help line and advise a member of our team that you wish to return the product and the reason for return. Please note that the item must be returned to us in the condition that it was sent out in along with the correct packaging, so that we can sell it again. If an item is not returned to us in the original condition then we reserve the right not to issue a full refund.
Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. Your legal rights are not affected.
Returns - Faulty Goods
Notwithstanding our Delivery condition above If, after the goods have been fitted, you find a fault; we reserve the right to request that the following steps are complied with:
Upon confirmation from the engineer that there is fault, and the goods do not conform to the contract, we shall at our option repair or replace such goods (or the defective part) or refund the price of such goods, whichever is considered to be economically viable by us.
HM Furniture shall not be liable for the goods if you continue to use the goods after giving such notice to us; or alter or repair the goods without the written consent of us.

Refunds
Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification, via the same method that was whichever method was originally used for the transaction.
