All outgoing emails sent by HM Furniture are sent on the following basis:

• HM Furniture monitors incoming and outgoing emails. This is in order to protect the operation of its computer systems and ensure compliance with its computer use policies.
• All emails are confidential and may be the subject of legal privilege. The contents may not be disclosed copied or distributed without the consent of HM Furniture. If you are not the intended recipient you must delete this message immediately and advise the sender that you received it in error.
• The statements and opinions expressed in all emails are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect those of HM Furniture. HM Furniture does not accept any responsibility for the authors views.
• Whilst HM Furniture makes reasonable efforts to ensure any emails sent are virus free it cannot guarantee that this is the case. It is the recipients responsibility to carry out any such virus checks as it deems necessary.
